The PVC sheet making production line consist of conical twin screw extruder,a plate die vertical three-roll calender (including coating equipment),a cooling guide roller,a traction trimming device,a shearing machine,a automatic lifting machine, hot and cooling mixer unit,crusher,a mill and other auxiliary machine.It can meet online UV coating or two processing.

Raw material(PVC resin, process aid, filler) mixing →Extruding & Molding→ Three roller calender machine →Cooling bracket→ Tractor → Cutter
